Hey guys, today I want to talk a little bit on “Rx” at the box. What we are seeing is a lot of people trying to do the weights as prescribed and taking too long and losing their intensity. While we all want to strive to do Rx in every WOD, it isn’t what is most important. Doing a weight that you can maintain your intensity throughout and therefore work harder, is. One rep at a time with a 10sec break in between will not help you. On that note, be sure to write down any modifications you make on the WOD when both writing your time down on the white board AND in your journal. This way you can see the progress you made throughout the coming months. Thanks!
