Product DescriptionJoin us for an Olympic Lifting Seminar at CFT on Saturday, March 4 from 8-11a. In this 3 hour seminar we will be covering the two main olympic lifting movements: the snatch and clean and jerk. We will cover the progressions of these movements as well as how to scale them when working on technique or using them in a WOD.
We will be covering common errors in lifting, how to detect these errors in your own lifts, and how to correct them.
We will also be covering accessory moves and exercises you can use to improve your lifting as well as you general overall fitness.
