Chris Ball Coach's Bio
I started CrossFit in Dec of 2009 at CrossFit Intense and came to CrossFit Thunder in June 2010. When I started CrossFit, I couldn't run a quarter mile, do a pull-up, or jump rope. After doing my first workout, I was immediately hooked and couldn't wait to come back.
Since I've started CrossFit, I've been able to do things I've never thought were possible for me. I have ran 2 half marathons, 1 full marathon, a tough mudder, and competed in several local CrossFit competitions. CrossFit has drastically increased my self-confidence, but I've gained something far more valuable than that here. I've met life long friends who are irreplaceable. People who have been there for me no matter what. It truly is a great group of people that I am forever grateful to be apart of.
