Crossfit Thunder - Stronger Than Yesterday

CrossFit Thunder utilizes a mixture of different training types to help you reach your maximum fitness level in a minimal amount of time. We use a mixture of Olympic lifting, barbell lifting, gymnastics movements, body weight exercises, and few other toys we have here to help you use your body to its max potential.
